Job Summary:

The Delivery Group Manager will be responsible for overseeing a global team of over 100 engineering professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the organization. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of engineering professionals across multiple geographical locations.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to foster a productive work environment.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and team performance.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Manage Server, Storage & Networking OEM customers
Mandatory Skills:
  • Proven project management skills with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Understanding of budget management and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
