Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Leader in Technology Delivery Management to drive end-to-end software programs and AI-enabled transformation for global clients.

The role combines consulting, strategy, and hands-on delivery leadership across business and engineering teams. The candidate will shape program scoping, estimation, and resource planning while guiding large teams through digital modernization initiatives in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA with domain knowledge in finance or banking domain.
• AWS certification is a plus and relevant leadership exposure.
• Experience in large-scale technology delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Handle large software programs end to end, including consulting, strategy, project execution, and business development.
• Build process frameworks for the organizations.
• Project scoping, estimation, resource planning, scheduling & quality planning.
• Work closely with business development, customers’ business and engineering teams & internal teams.
