Job summary

State Street is seeking a Databricks Lead to act as the product owner and technology lead for the GHR Data Platform, defining strategy, architecture, and delivering workforce data, analytics, reporting, AI, and integrations.

You will own the platform roadmap, lead enterprise HR data product delivery, and collaborate with HR Analytics, AI, Data Governance, and Reporting teams to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics platforms, and cloud-based data solutions.
• Deep expertise with Databricks and modern data platforms.
• Strong experience with Spark, Delta Lake, SQL, Python, and cloud data engineering patterns.

Role Overview

Qualifications
