Job summary

State Street in Bengaluru seeks an Engineering Leader, VP for Investment Technology to architect and scale enterprise data platforms and lead large, transformative programs. You will steer end‑to‑end delivery, mentor teams, and collaborate with global stakeholders to realize strategic data initiatives.

You will champion modern engineering practices, DevOps, and AI‑driven development across AWS/Azure/GCP, driving cloud migrations and platform modernization for measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering, data engineering, or platform engineering experience.
• Strong architecture and design experience across modern data ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in: Databricks /Snowflake, Data Warehousing,ETL/ELT Design & Development, Data Modeling
• Lakehouse Architectures, Distributed Data Processing
• Strong programming experience in: Python, Apache Spark / PySpark, SQL, Unix/Shell Scripting, Java (preferred)
• Experience with one or more cloud providers: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

What You Will Be Responsible For

Required Qualifications
