Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Databricks Lead to act as product owner and tech lead for the GHR Data Platform, shaping strategy, architecture, and delivery of workforce data, analytics, reporting, AI, and integration capabilities.

The role involves owning the platform roadmap, guiding enterprise HR data products, and collaborating with HR Analytics, AI, and Data Governance teams to deliver business outcomes on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics platforms and cloud-based data solutions.
• Deep expertise with Databricks and modern data platforms.
• Strong experience with Spark, Delta Lake, SQL and Python.
• Experience working with HR, workforce or enterprise data is preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and product ownership skills.
• Experience leading global teams delivering large-scale data initiatives.
