Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead Associate Director to head the end-to-end Supply Planning function for a global FMCG environment. You will lead a large, multi-market team and drive the planning strategy, ensuring supply plans translate demand into feasible production, inventory and deployment decisions.

The role requires 20+ years in supply planning with global delivery experience and strong Kinaxis RapidResponse expertise, across manufacturing, inventory, deployment and distribution

What would you do?

• Team
• Lead a large global Supply Planning organization of 250+ professionals, including Senior Managers, Managers, Associate Managers, Team Leads, Senior Analysts and Analysts across multiple markets and planning environments.
• You will be part of Supply Chain Planning Team which is responsible for end to end supply planning and execution
• Masters degree in Supply Chain MBA Operations Analytics Business Management or equivalent
• Experience leading largescale planning transformation, operating model design, technology-enabled planning and global delivery organizations
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable supply planning processes, technology solutions and measurable business outcomes

What are we looking for?

• 20 to 25+ years of progressive experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Operations and Supply Chain Transformation, with significant experience leading global planning organizations
• Strong FMCG Consumer Goods experience is essential, with demonstrated understanding of highvolume, multiSKU and multi-market supply chains
• Proven experience leading endtoend Supply Planning functions across manufacturing, inventory, deployment and distribution networks
• Strong hands-on functional expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse, including planning process design, solution adoption, scenario planning

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The Associate Director Supply Planning will lead the endtoend Supply Planning function for a global FMCG environment, combining deep functional expertise with technology, transformation and delivery leadership.
• The role will be responsible for defining and executing the Supply Planning strategy across markets, business units and product categories, ensuring that supply plans translate demand into feasible, optimized and executable production, inventory and deployment decisions.
• The leader will own the functional agenda across planning process, Kinaxis capability, operating model, governance, performance and talent, while partnering closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Commercial, Finance, Technology and other business stakeholders.
• A key responsibility will be to maximize the value of Kinaxis RapidResponse as the core planning platform driving adoption, scenario-based decision making, exception management, planning automation and continuous improvement.
• The role will serve as a senior functional advisor to business and client leadership, balancing service, inventory, capacity, cost and working capital objectives while building a scalable, future-ready Supply Planning organization
