Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC is seeking a Delivery Lead Associate Director for Financial Planning & Analysis. This leadership role aligns with our Finance Operations vertical, focusing on collecting operational data, analyzing it, and forecasting financial performance to support major business decisions.

The candidate will drive budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting, partnering with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 18–28 years of experience in FP&A or related roles.
• MBA or Graduation required.
• Delivery Lead Associate Director with strategic finance responsibilities.

• Proactively identify, define and solve complex problems impacting business direction.
• Develop and execute strategy to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility.
• Interact with senior management at client or Accenture, negotiating or influencing critical matters.

• Possess experience managing large, complex teams or work efforts, at a client or within Accenture.

What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health. These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting
