The role requires fifteen or more years of experience in Digital/Product/Manufacturing Engineering services, with a proven ability to drive large-scale transformations and multi-region delivery. It reports to the Head of Intelligent Products within IAE.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of experience leading Digital Engineering, Product Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering Services.
• Proven track record delivering complex products and platforms from concept to sustenance.
• Executive-level relationship building with customer engineering, product, operations and technology leaders.
• Experience leading large-scale engineering transformation and digital modernization for global enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Engineering programs across product design, embedded software, product software, connected products, validation, release, and sustenance.
• Translate customer priorities into executable roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.
• Manage multi-region delivery across hardware, software, and connected systems including testing and sustenance.
• Ensure governance, engineering rigor, quality, compliance readiness, release predictability, and outcomes realization.
• Drive productivity and speed-to-market through reusable assets, accelerators, automation, platforms, and AI-enabled engineering practices.
• Lead global teams of engineers, architects, delivery managers, and domain specialists across locations and disciplines.

Job description

The Delivery Head leads execution of Digital Engineering programs and is accountable for predictable delivery, customer outcomes, engineering rigor, delivery governance, and scale across global product building engagements. This role is part of the Intelligent Products organization within IAE and reports to the Head, Intelligent Products, leading global teams of engineers, architects, delivery managers, and domain specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Engineering programs across product design, embedded software, product software, connected products, validation, release, and sustenance.
• Translate customer product and engineering priorities into executable roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.
• Manage multi-region delivery across hardware, software, connected systems, device integration, testing, and product sustenance.
• Ensure delivery governance, engineering rigor, quality management, compliance readiness, release predictability, and customer outcome realization.
• Drive productivity and speed-to-market through reusable assets, accelerators, automation, platform-based delivery, and AI-enabled engineering practices.
• Lead global teams of engineers, architects, delivery managers, and domain specialists across multiple locations and disciplines.

Your Profile / Capabilities

• Fifteen or more years of experience leading Digital Engineering, Product Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering Services organizations.
• Strong track record of delivering complex products, platforms, and engineering solutions from concept through sustenance.
• Deep understanding of product design, embedded engineering, product software, connected products, and intelligent product architectures.
• Experience leading large-scale engineering transformation and digital modernization programs for global manufacturing enterprises.
• Strong expertise in delivery governance, portfolio management, financial oversight, quality, risk, and operational excellence.
• Executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships with customer engineering, product, operations, and technology leaders.
• Working knowledge of representative embedded engineering, simulation, and VLSI design/verification toolchains used across intelligent product engineering.

KPIs

• Delivery predictability and release/OTIF adherence across the Digital Engineering portfolio.
• Portfolio revenue, margin, and utilization performance against AOP.
• Customer satisfaction and account retention across managed engagements.
• Quality, compliance, and risk-incident metrics across delivery programs.
