Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Delivery Engineer – Cooling Systems to support the engineering, execution, and delivery of cooling infrastructure for data center projects in India. You will coordinate design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover while ensuring timelines and quality.

The role requires 5–10 years of HVAC/cooling system experience in mission-critical facilities and a readiness to travel extensively to project locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in HVAC/cooling system engineering and project delivery.
• Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of HVAC and cooling systems for data center projects.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants, OEMs, contractors, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and interpret HVAC schematics, P&IDs, GA drawings, control diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Monitor equipment procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and system handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational and commissioning issues related to cooling infrastructure.
