Similar roles typically require ownership of delivery performance, resource planning, customer reviews, service KPIs, issue resolution, and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Account and Customer Management
  • Serve as the primary delivery contact for assigned automotive OEM, Tier-1, Tier-2, or mobility customer accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across engineering, program management, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, and leadership functions.

  • Establish and track delivery KPIs, including schedule adherence, milestone achievement, engineering quality, defect leakage, resource utilization, productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Review project plans, work-breakdown structures, resource plans, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and change requests with project and technical leads.
  • Monitor project health and provide timely status reporting to customer and internal leadership.
  • Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans in coordination with engineering, program management, quality, and functional leaders.
  • Lead resolution of cross-functional issues affecting delivery, including technical dependencies, requirements changes, capacity constraints, quality concerns, and customer approvals.
  • Ensure effective project closure, lessons learned, knowledge capture, and implementation of improvement actions.
