Job summary

Times Internet Limited is offering a full-time, in-office internship at our Mumbai CST Office. The role focuses on identifying and engaging VIP delegates, building a robust contact database, and coordinating with the event team to ensure delegates receive all required information and support.

Selected interns will conduct research, manage outreach via calls and emails, maintain strong relationships, and act as the primary point of contact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to identify VIP delegates and maintain detailed profiles.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach to engage delegates via calls, emails, and social media.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential VIP delegates and coordinate with event management.
• Serve as main point of contact for VIP delegates and ensure their needs are met.
• Coordinate with the event team to provide information and support to delegates.
• Follow up to confirm attendance and communicate necessary details.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with proactive communication.

About the internship:

Role- Work from office
Location - Mumbai CST Office - Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd., The Times Of India Building, Dr DN Road, Fort, Mumbai - 400001 (Opposite CST Station)
Working days - Monday to Friday
Office timings - 9:30 AM to 6 PM
Duration - 6 months
Stipend - Rs. 15,000/- per month
Note- Candidate must have a laptop for this internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• 1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential VIP delegates, including industry leaders, executives, and key decision-makers.
• 2. Maintain an up-to-date database of potential VIP delegates with detailed profiles.
• 3. Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential VIP delegates through phone calls, emails, and social media.
• 4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and confirmed VIP delegates.
• 5. Serve as the main point of contact for VIP delegates, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• 6. Coordinate with the event management team to ensure VIP delegates receive all necessary information and support.
• 7. Follow up with potential VIP delegates to secure their attendance. Confirm attendance and ensure all necessary details are communicated and documented.
