EXL Analytics is seeking an actuarial pricing specialist for Commercial Lines in Gurgaon. You will develop renewal pricing using HX Renew, perform data-driven analyses, and support pricing governance with underwriting and product teams.

3–20 years of experience in P&C pricing, strong Excel and coding skills (Python/SAS/R/SQL/VBA) and familiarity with US markets. Hybrid work model and global collaboration offered.

• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and regulatory initiatives to inform decisions.
• Contribute to pricing governance, model validation, and audit requirements.
