Job summary

Getfive Advisors Pvt Ltd. is seeking an Associate – Debt Syndication in Ahmedabad to drive end-to-end debt syndication transactions, coordinate with banks/NBFCs, and interact with clients to understand funding requirements. The role demands ownership, analytical skills, and proactive execution.

You will engage in structuring, negotiations, and backend processing to ensure timely and high-quality deal closure. Long-term commitment and relocation flexibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Debt Syndication domain
• Prior experience in debt syndication is preferred
• Ahmedabad-based or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end debt syndication transactions, including structuring and execution
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand funding requirements
• Handle client communication and maintain strong relationships
• Coordinate and negotiate with banks and NBFCs for funding arrangements
• Prepare and review financial proposals, CMA data, and credit notes
• Drive deal closure through effective negotiation and follow-ups
• Work closely on backend execution, documentation, and disbursement process
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of transactions

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven professional for the role of Associate –
Debt Syndication. The ideal candidate should have strong ownership, logical thinking
ability, and hands-on experience in debt syndication. This role involves end-to-end
execution, client interaction, and coordination with banks/NBFCs.
