Job summary

Getfive is seeking an Investor Relations professional to manage a portfolio of post-IPO clients and maintain regular contact with investors and clients.

The role focuses on tracking client developments, regulatory filings, and corporate actions to identify opportunities for continued engagement and potential client acquisition. You will coordinate check-ins, maintain CRM records, and represent the firm at meetings and conferences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Finance or CA qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in investor relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and represent the organization professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated relationship owner for a portfolio of post-IPO clients, maintaining regular and structured contact with investors and clients.
• Proactively track client developments, financial results, corporate actions, leadership changes, regulatory filings, to identify opportunities for continued engagement and discussions with potential clients.
• Coordinate periodic check-in schedules, relationship reviews, and touchpoints to ensure no client relationship goes cold.
• Maintain an organised, up-to-date record of client interactions, relationship status, and follow-up actions (CRM/tracker).
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, including CFOs and IR heads, to remain their trusted first point of contact.
• Represent the firm at select client meetings, roadshows, industry events, and investor conferences to strengthen relationships and generate leads.

About the Organization:

• Serve as the dedicated relationship owner for a portfolio of post-IPO clients,maintaining regular and structured contact (calls, meetings, check-ins) with investorsand clients.
• Proactively track client developments, financial results, corporate actions, leadershipchanges, regulatory filings, to identify opportunities for continued engagement as wellas discussion with potential clients.
• Coordinate periodic check-in schedules, relationship reviews, and touchpoints(e.g., post-results calls, annual reviews) to ensure no client relationship goes cold.
• Maintain an organised, up-to-date record of client interactions, relationship status,and follow-up actions (CRM/tracker).
