Zensar Technologies is seeking a data analyst with 5–8 years of experience to analyze data, optimize SQL queries, and automate data processing. The role focuses on delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports while collaborating with data engineers and security teams.

Applicants should be proficient in MS SQL and Python, with experience in data curation, transformation, and validation. Bangalore-based opportunity with exposure to multiple BI tools.

Competenze

• Advanced MS SQL skills with complex queries, stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Strong Python skills for data processing, automation and integration across sources.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions and insights.
• Experience with data curation, transformation, quality validation and reconciliation.
• Experience building BI dashboards/reports using Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.

Job Description:

Core Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in data analysis with advanced MS SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Strong hands-on Python skills for data processing, automation, and integration across multiple data sources.
• Strong business data analysis skills to translate requirements into data solutions and actionable insights.
• Experience with data curation, transformation, quality validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing and supporting BI dashboards and reports using Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with business stakeholders, data engineers, and security teams.

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Familiarity with Information Security data domains.
• Experience with Starburst/Trino or similar platforms.
• Exposure to AI-assisted data analysis, automation, or data agents.
