Job summary

Zensar Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on site reliability engineer to support end-to-end data and reporting services across the analytics landscape, including Power BI dashboards, Azure Databricks processing and Azure data warehouses.

The ideal candidate will manage production support for analytics platforms and ensure reliable data delivery across the pipeline, working across sources to visuals and MI reporting on Azure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in BI, Data Engineering, or Analytics Platform Support.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting Azure Databricks environments.
• Strong PySpark development and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide analytics and reporting platforms.
• Strong SQL troubleshooting and data investigation skills.
• Experience supporting Power BI production environments.
• Experience working in a production support or IT operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on site reliability engineer with strong expertise across the analytics value chain.
• Source Systems → Azure Data Factory → Azure Data Lake → Databricks (PySpark Transformations) → Azure SQL/Synapse → Power BI Dashboards & MI Reporting
• Investigate failed dashboard refresh, troubleshoot Databricks jobs, analyze SQL data discrepancies, or resolve end-to-end data pipeline failures.
