Job summary

FyndBridge Consultants & Advisors seeks a Dean to provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership. The role involves developing and executing a growth roadmap aligned with national frameworks, driving student success and industry engagement, and strengthening the research ecosystem.

You will recruit and mentor faculty while demonstrating inclusive, visionary leadership. The ideal candidate has a Ph.D.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from a reputed institution.
  • Experience at IISc/ISERs/IITs/IIITs/NITs/CFTIs or reputed global institutions valued.
  • 15–20+ years of academic/research experience.
  • Minimum 5–10 years in senior academic leadership (Dean/Associate Dean/HOD).
  • Strong research track record and experience in accreditation processes.
