Job summary

The Dean will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership to advance the institution’s growth and accreditation efforts. The role demands a Ph.D. in a relevant field, a strong research record, and ability to champion accreditation processes.

Responsibilities include developing a growth roadmap aligned with NEP, AICTE, NBA, and NAAC, driving student success and industry engagement, and strengthening the research ecosystem while recruiting and mentoring faculty.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from a reputed institution.
• Strong research track record with accreditation experience.
• 1520+ years of academic/research experience.
• Minimum 5–10 years in senior academic leadership (Dean/Associate Dean/HOD).
• Education and/or Experience at reputed institutes such as IISc/ISERs/IITs/IIITs/NITs/CFTIs or reputed global institutions will be highly valued.
