Job summary

Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Consultant to perform structured analysis across cost structures, KPIs, benchmarking, and operational performance to support value creation initiatives.

You will support workstreams across operational diligence, integration, carve-out execution, and value tracking, and build financial models and data-driven outputs for deal teams. MBA-qualified candidates with 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, transaction advisory, value creation, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to structure complex datasets.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, key business drivers, and operational performance metrics.
• Exposure to M&A / deal advisory engagements and ability to work in fast-paced deal environments.
• MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent relevant educational background.

Responsibilities

• Project delivery & analysis
• Perform structured analysis across cost structures, KPIs, benchmarking, and operational performance to support value creation initiatives
• Support workstreams across operational diligence (ODD), integration, carve-out execution, and value tracking
• Build and maintain financial models, trackers, and data-driven outputs to support deal teams
• Synthesize management inputs and large datasets into clear findings, observations, and structured insights
• Tool Development & knowledge enablement
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tools, templates, and analytical frameworks to support consistent and efficient project execution
• Support creation of standardized outputs, dashboards, and data structures aligned with evolving deal requirements
• Assist in capturing learnings and best practices to strengthen team capabilities across engagements
• Firm reinvestment activities
• Support internal initiatives focused on capability building, including knowledge development, research, and content creation
• Contribute to preparation of internal materials and analysis supporting broader team priorities
• Participate in firm-led efforts aimed at strengthening delivery quality, efficiency, and value creation impact

Required Skills And Experience

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, transaction advisory, value creation, or related analytical roles, preferably with exposure to deal environments.
• Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to structure, interpret, and synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights
• Solid understanding of financial statements, key business drivers, and operational performance metrics
• Exposure to M&A / deal advisory engagements, including operational diligence, integration, carve-outs, or transaction-related analysis
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-intensity deal environments with strong ownership and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear, structured, and concise manner
