ADSIPL in Telangana, India is seeking a Data Center Manager to lead and scale the world’s largest cloud infrastructure operations. You will manage high-performing data center technicians, coordinate with vendors, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

The role emphasizes incident, problem, change, and capacity management, while liaising with internal teams and management groups to deliver exceptional reliability and efficiency.

Key job responsibilities

As a Data Center Manager in ADSIPL, you will get to manage the world’s largest Cloud Computing Infrastructure in India. We encounter interesting, challenging & complex problems every day, being a technical manager in ADSIPL means that you can innovate to solve these issues and help drive Operations Excellence in all areas of your role.

• Managing and developing teams of high quality Data Center Technicians, providing both technical and leadership expertise and ensuring highest levels of performance.
• Maintaining existing co-located and in-house Data Centers in India
• Helping build and bring online new Data Centers in India
• Constantly improving all our processes and procedures. We believe there is nothing we cannot improve
• Assisting & managing relationships with external vendors & contractors
• Liaising with internal teams & management groups at ADSIPL
• Ensuring we adhere to and exceed local Health & Safety standards in all our Data Centers in India
• Creating and maintaining metrics on all aspects of ADSIPL’s Data Centers in India and utilizing those metrics to drive positive changes
• Assisting in implementing service methodologies including incident management, problem management, change management, capacity management, etc.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in software development and experience in technical support
• 7+ years of operations management experience
• 5+ years of managing technical teams with significant personnel management experience and examples of developing engineers and building successful teams experience
• Experience in facilities management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) field, or 3+ months of network and operating system support experience
• 2+ years of Agile methods and processes experience
• Knowledge of six Sigma/Lean processes
• Experience creating and implementing large-scale programs
• 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
