Job summary

Brilliant Hotels Group in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, seeks a kitchen professional skilled in Dimsum and Sushi to join our hotel team. You will prepare, cook, and present dishes to our standards, focusing on quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

You will support the CDP and Sous Chef, maintain mise-en-place, monitor portions, and help reduce waste while contributing to menu innovation. Training Commis chefs and trainees is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/restaurant kitchens.
