The Benefits Administrator is responsible for operational tasks associated with defined benefit plans in accordance with plan provisions and established procedures. The role supports pension data, payment, and payroll administration, with a specific focus on reviewing pension payment-related tasks, creating pension payments across multiple trust sites, and responding to call centre questions related to pension payments. The Administrator is expected to maintain a high level of accuracy when handling pension payment and participant data and to pursue continued professional education, including taking and passing applicable professional examinations.
