The ideal candidate will have 12th pass or graduate status, with preference for Early Childhood Education or NTT, and strong communication and patience with young children. Prior daycare experience is a plus.

Role & responsibilities

1. Childcare & Supervision: Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children throughout the day.

2. Activity Planning: Conduct age-appropriate activities, including storytelling, rhymes, art and craft, and sensory play.

3. Learning & Development: Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and motor skill development.

4. Daily Routine Management: Manage meals, nap times, playtime, and personal hygiene routines.

5. Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and child-friendly environment.

6. Parent Communication: Provide regular updates to parents regarding children's activities, behavior, and development.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Early Childhood Education or NTT qualification preferred).
• Previous experience in daycare, preschool, nursery, or childcare will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with young children.
• Ability to manage multiple children and handle situations calmly.
• Creative, energetic, responsible, and attentive to children's needs.
• Basic knowledge of child safety, hygiene, and first aid is preferred.
