Job summary

Wipro is seeking a seasoned Cisco ACI SDN specialist to lead datacentre design, build and migration efforts. You will assess networks, develop SDN-based PoCs, and plan rigorous tests with documentation of outcomes.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Cisco ACI administration experience, strong routing/switching skills, and familiarity with cloud platforms. Location is Hyderabad or Chennai with 24/7 rotation support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Cisco ACI administration is required.
• Strong knowledge of SDN, VXLAN, and network fabrics.
• Experience with datacentre design, build and migration.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with Nexus OS features and WAN/LAN/MPLS.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and migrate datacentre Cisco ACI SDN solutions.
• Assess networks and develop SDN-based POC solutions.
• Plan and execute datacentre tests and document results.
• Develop and maintain high-level and low-level design documents.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and document resolutions.
• Coordinate activities and schedule project tasks.

Job description/Essential skills

• Excellent understanding on SDN ecosystem .Cisco ACI, Vpitela, Cloudgenix SDWAN etc.(hands-on experience Cisco ACI is a must)
• Excellent understanding on Load balancing, Underlay & Overlay, VXLAN, Micro segmentation, network fabric cloud, DNS, DHCP, IPAM solutions
• Expertise in Datacentre Cisco ACI SDN design, Build and Migration( Relevant Experience Min 3 Yrs)
• Expertise in discovery and Network assessment(Relevant experience Min 3 Yrs)
• Expertise in Network Solution and POC development for SDN - Infra & Networking( Relevant Exp Min 3 Yrs)
• Expertise in routing and switching
• Expertise in implementing advance NEXUS OS features
• Expertise in LAN,WAN,MPLS and Internet technologies
• Expertise in Implementing and troubleshooting Load balancers( Optional)
• Expertise in Implementing and troubleshooting WAN Optimizers
• Expertise in Implementing and troubleshooting Firewall appliances(Optional)
• Experience in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, Java and JSON on various automation and integration requirements(Optional)

• Experience in planning and conducting vigorous datacentre network tests and generating the detailed test reports
• Excellent documentation skills, create HLD, LLD test design for network transformation - Design and Architectural overview

• Excellent written and verbal communication
