Job summary

Wipro is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager - Network Architect to lead complex IT infrastructure programs across PAN India. This role emphasizes networking across multiple systems, driving end-to-end delivery, budgeting, and vendor coordination.

Candidates should have 12+ years in IT infrastructure, strong networking knowledge (BGP/OSPF, VLANs), and proven program-management experience. A 24x7 work mindset and cloud exposure are advantageous for success.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure management operating in a complex, multi-system environment as a Technical Program manager.
• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure services, Telecom Carrier management, RFI, RFP and Statements of work (SOWs) and defining supplier KPIs.
• 5+ Years of relevant experience in networking technologies driving large scale, date driven projects.
• Willingness to work 24X7 shifts.
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF and switching concepts like STP, Vlans.
• Configuring Routers & Switches from deployments to Migrations.
• Experience with Cisco / Juniper / F5 / Arista platforms.
• Fundamentals of networking: packet flow, TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure Programs across the portfolio especially in Networking.
• Demonstrated track record of leading end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure services and Programs (planning, budget, procurement, installation, configuration, deployment, contract management).
• Excellent organizational and program management skills.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure and Networking technologies.
• Exposure to Cloud technologies would be an added advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear, concise materials.
• Ability to use various project management methodologies, including agile.
• Solid customer focused, relationship focused pattern of work.
• Ability to create structure from abstract ideas, take initial concepts to full maturity.
• Technically savvy with the ability to solve technical and non-technical problems.
