Job summary

Tecnoprism in Mumbai seeks a Real-Time Data & NoSQL Engineer to design and optimize streaming data pipelines using Kafka, Redis, and MongoDB. The role focuses on high-throughput, low-latency data processing and scalable NoSQL modeling.

The position is based in our Mumbai offices with 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM hours, 100% on-site work at BKC, Malad, or Turbhe; alternate Saturdays per banking calendar. Interview rounds: virtual first, then face-to-face at our Thane office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with real-time data streaming and NoSQL databases.
• Strong hands-on with Kafka ecosystem including topics, partitions and consumer groups.
• Experience administrating and optimizing MongoDB deployments.

• MongoDB Administration and Optimization
• MongoDB Sharding & Replica Sets
• NoSQL Data Modelling
• Performance tuning of Kafka, Redis, and MongoDB ecosystems
• Troubleshooting consumer lag, cache bottlenecks, memory fragmentation, and streaming platform performance issues
