• 7+ years of backend software engineering experience
• Extensive SQL expertise strong hands-on work with complex queries, junction tables, stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexing, and query optimization
• Experience working on creating enterprise products
• Python + Django production-grade development experience
• Agentic AI & AI-assisted development hands-on experience using tools like Claude, Augment, or Cursor in real workflows
• CI/CD — practical experience with Jenkins or Spinnaker
• Client-facing experience — proven track record of designing and delivering solutions directly to clients
• Strong communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences

Good to Have

• Cloud domain knowledge (AWS or Azure)
