Job summary

Takeda is seeking a seasoned Power BI professional in Bengaluru to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports. You will translate business questions into KPI-driven visuals, implement data models with DAX, and ensure data quality and governance across enterprise sources.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, provide training, and drive adoption of analytics solutions, leveraging Databricks, SharePoint and Excel integrations, with a focus on performance and usability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data visualization, BI, analytics engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including report development, semantic modeling, and dashboard optimization.
• Strong experience with DAX and solid working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Power BI Service, including workspaces, apps, sharing, and permissions.
• Experience with enterprise data sources such as Databricks, SharePoint, Excel, and relational databases.
• Experience in agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration; regulated industry experience is a plus.
