Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Power BI professional to enable data-driven decision-making through scalable dashboards and reports. You will translate business requirements into KPIs, drive analytics adoption, and deliver governed visualization solutions.

Responsibilities include designing dashboards, partnering with stakeholders, and integrating data from SQL, Databricks, SharePoint, and Excel, using Power BI Dataflows and DirectQuery/Import as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data visualization, BI, analytics engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including report development, semantic modeling, and dashboard optimization.
• Strong experience with DAX and solid working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Power BI Service, including workspaces, apps, sharing, and permissions.
• Experience with enterprise data sources such as Databricks, SharePoint, Excel, and relational databases.
• Experience in agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration; regulated industry experience is a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
