PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Data Testing Engineer - Manager to lead testing and QA activities for Guidewire applications within Advisory, across client engagements.

You will manage data validation, create test plans, oversee conversion testing, track defects, and sign off on mock runs while coaching teams and ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10–14 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) required.
• Experience with data conversion testing and reconciliation.

As a Data Testing Engineer - Manager, you will specialize in testing and quality assurance activities related to Guidewire applications, confirming they meet desired standards and perform as expected. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.
