Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an AI Testing Specialist - Senior Associate to lead testing and quality assurance for Guidewire applications, ensuring they meet standards and perform as expected.

You will support the onshore AI Tool Expert, execute AI-generated test cases, document findings, and help build reusable AI testing assets while collaborating with global teams across advisory and business services to deliver value.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• 4 to 10 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• AI-assisted test execution and validation.

Responsibilities

• Supports the onshore AI Tool Expert in deploying and running AI-assisted test tooling for the Systematics cycle.
• Executes AI-generated test cases, validates tool outputs, documents findings, and helps build reusable AI testing assets for the broader test team.
• QA with Systemetic, AI generated test cases, 4 to 8 yrs, AC locations, target - Banking sectors familiar with US banks, Big4, TCS, Accenture, Infosys.

As an AI Testing Specialist - Senior Associate, you will engage in testing and quality assurance activities related to Guidewire applications, confirming they meet the desired standards and perform as expected. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others, and navigating increasingly complex situations. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in consulting services for various business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver value, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.
