Job description

Summary

The data steward will be responsible for all aspects of manager data collection, a service to streamline and standardize the process for investment managers and consultants to collect and communicate product and account data. The user will monitor a dashboard that is accessible by both investment managers and consultants, allowing them to submit performance data for their shared clients. The data collection engine enhances the efficiency of data collection and reporting for the Confluence PARis platform.

The individual will work closely with custodial banks, asset managers and investment consultant clients. Strong communication skills, problem solving and a positive attitude are required.

Key Contributions

• Relationships: Work closely with asset managers and clients to procure data and expand the inventory of connections available through the platform. Navigate complex organizational structures to establish key relationships.
• Troubleshooting: Work closely with the data providers and clients to resolve data problems and field associated tickets in a timely manner.
• Collaboration: Assist our clients and data providers with training and authorization process to gain access to asset owner data.
• Reporting: Create reporting for senior management and stakeholders on accuracy, timeliness and insights into the data. Ensure data meets our client’s needs.
