Job summary

Elabs Infotech in Chennai seeks an experienced ETL production support specialist to maintain and troubleshoot ETL pipelines using IBM DataStage and SSIS. The role requires strong incident, problem and change management within an ITIL framework and hands-on production monitoring.

Additionally you will work with SQL Netezza, Unix/Linux, Control-M and ServiceNow SNOW, providing leadership and clear communication during critical incidents to ensure reliable data delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or related field.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IBM DataStage and SSIS for ETL production support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for ETL pipelines.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures and performance issues.
