Job summary

OpenTrain AI connects experienced professionals with paid, part-time AI training work: shaping and improving the AI systems that companies are building right now. The role is remote and flexible, with compensation for expert judgment on data science problems.

We seek experienced data scientists who can evaluate AI outputs, craft high-quality prompts and datasets, and explain where methods fall short, all while communicating clearly in English.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience at a leading company in technology, finance or research, including experience within the past seven years.
• Strong knowledge in data science, statistics, machine learning, experimentation and quantitative reasoning.
• Clear written communication of technical concepts and effective professional communication in English.
• No experience in AI training work needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
