Job summary

OpenTrain AI invites seasoned psychology professionals to join flexible, remote, part-time AI training work. You will craft datasets, review AI-generated scenarios, and provide evidence-based feedback to improve therapeutic dialogues.

Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in Psychology or an MD with psychiatry residency, with clinical practice or research experience, and strong English communication alongside fluency in at least one other language. No prior AI experience needed.
