Job summary
Vivantify Technology Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI solutions to develop digital tools for engineering and project teams.
The role focuses on engineering productivity, intelligent automation, and AI agents within EPC workflows. The candidate will design Copilot-based solutions, build AI agents and automation utilities, and integrate SharePoint and Microsoft 365 data.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building Copilot-based solutions for enterprise data.
- Experience with AI agents, intelligent automation and retrieval-based systems.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise data sources like SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure Copilot agents using Copilot Studio.
- Develop custom applications and utilities based on engineering and business requirements.
- Ground Copilot agents using SharePoint and Microsoft 365 project data for secure and accurate information retrieval.
- Design prompts, topics, workflows, and guardrails to deliver consistent, reference-based outputs.
- Develop digitalization solutions involving intelligent search, document processing, OCR, and workflow automation.
- Integrate enterprise data and APIs into AI and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and digital teams to validate requirements and scale solution adoption.
- Support AI-enabled initiatives across engineering, EPC, and project workflows.

About The Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist with hands‑on experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI solutions to develop digital tools for engineering and project teams. The role focuses on engineering productivity, intelligent automation, AI agents, and leveraging past project knowledge across power plant engineering and EPC workflows. This is a Work from Office position.
Job Description
The role involves designing and developing Copilot‑based solutions that address engineering and business requirements. You will build AI agents, custom applications, and automation utilities using Copilot Studio and enterprise data sources such as SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
You will also contribute to digitalization initiatives involving intelligent search, document processing, OCR, workflow automation, and retrieval‑based solutions. The role requires close collaboration with engineering and digital teams to validate requirements, deliver solutions, and support broader adoption.
