Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agentic AI Workflow Automation, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to support our digital transformation initiatives. The role will focus on designing and implementing intelligent workflow automations using Copilot Studio while also providing advanced automation & data analytics solution for business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will work closely with application teams, business users, and data owners to develop AIdriven solutions, integrate enterprise applications through APIs, and deliver actionable insights through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Copilot Studio Development & AI Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain intelligent agents and workflow automations using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build and configure conversational AI solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and Microsoft ecosystem services.
• Collaborate closely with application teams to understand system architecture, data sources, and integration requirements.
• Implement secure access to APIs, business applications, and data sources while adhering to governance standards.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem and recommend enhancements.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and investigative reporting using PowerApps or Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Provide support in developing Power Automate flow for business process workflow automation

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business leaders, application teams, and data owners to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Translate business problems into technical AI and analytics solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices around Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Document solution architecture, workflows, and operational procedures.

Experience

• 5+ years of overall experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Microsoft Platform development.
• Minimum 23 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform and AI-enabled solutions.
• Proven experience delivering automation solutions that integrate multiple business applications.
• Experience supporting business stakeholders with ad-hoc analytical requests and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or enterprise AI solutions.
• Functional exposure to Finance, Sales, HR, or Project Management domains is a plus.
• Exposure to data engineering concepts and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience working in multinational or geographically distributed organizations.
