Qualifications

• BE/ME in Engineering or related field with strong focus on computer vision.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

To develop, implement, and optimize advanced computer visionsolutions that enhance product intelligence, automation, and user experienceacross TVS Motor’s engineering, manufacturing, and operational domains. Therole aims to leverage state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learningtechniques to solve real-world problems, enabling the company’s vision of smartmobility and intelligent systems.

Role Description

• ' - Design and develop computer vision algorithms for objectdetection, tracking, segmentation, recognition, and pose estimation.
• - Train and optimize deep learning models using frameworkslike TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• - Preprocess and manage large-scale image and video datasetsfor training and evaluation.
• - Integrate vision models into software systems ensuringefficient and real-time performance.
• - Deploy models on embedded platforms and cloud services(e.g., AWS, GCP) for scalable applications.
• - Utilize GPU/TPU hardware for accelerating training andinference tasks.
• - Conduct regular performance evaluations to improveaccuracy, speed, and resource efficiency.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product,engineering, and research units.
• - Work in an AGILE development environment, managing tasksvia tools like JIRA and version control using GitHub.
• - Perform image/video annotation and labeling to supportsupervised learning pipelines.
• - Stay updated with the latest advancements in computervision and machine learning.
• - Document algorithms, processes, and research outcomes forinternal knowledge sharing.
• - Contribute to technical reports, presentations, andpotentially publish in research journals/conferences.
