Job Summary

Responsible for extracting knowledge and insights from high volume, high dimensional data in order to investigate complex business problems through a range of data preparation, modeling, analysis and/or visualization techniques, which may include the use of advanced statistical analysis, algorithms, predictive modeling, experimentation and pattern recognition to create solutions that enable enhanced business performance. Designs, develops and programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement. The team is composed of experts in artificial intelligence, deep learning, data-structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and system performance and analysis. The systems that the team builds get used across the multitude of Company data science-based services and deployments.Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities.Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment.May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.

Core Responsibilities

• Proven5+ yearsof commercial experienceincreating,testing,deploying,monitoringand maintainingmachine learning pipelines
• Fluentwithdata manipulation and ML frameworks for EDA, feature extraction and development, modelling, hyperparameter tuning, experimenttrackingand performance monitoring.
• Expertisein correlation analysis, classification / clustering techniques, anomalydetectionand time series forecasting using either traditional or deep learning ML approaches
• Strong Python backgroundwith the ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices including abstraction,exceptionshandling, andtesting to supportlong-term maintainability.
• Experience using SQLdata exploration, feature extraction, and integration with analytical workflows.
• Familiaritywith cloudplatformsandproducts likeGoogleVertexAI,BigQuery,CloudSQL,ComputeEngineor similar solutions
• Demonstratedability to support, mentor, and guidejuniorto mid-leveldata scientists and machine learning engineers
• Familiarity with Agileways of working,participatingin sprint planning, retrospectivesetc.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualisation tools and frameworks such asDash,Streamlit,Supersetetc, to aid in the presentation of model results and findings.
