You will lead analytics projects from design to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and strong stakeholder communication, while operating within a healthcare-focused environment.

You will engage with business partners to understand data, design solutions, and operationalize analytics across engagements.

Competenze

• Experience in Analytics industry.
• Proficient in statistical techniques and ML methods (e.g., linear/logistic regression, time series, clustering, decision trees, SVM, GBM, NLP).
• Proficient with Python and Databricks and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand US healthcare domain and work with cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with data science team and Data Science leads as a lead on one or more projects throughout the engagement lifecycle, from design to implementation
• Ensure high sense of project ownership
• Ensure timely and proper communication to Business Partners and Leaders
• Timely and quality delivery of engagements with minimum supervision
• Work with the business teams to operationalize the analytics solution
• Engage in communications with business partners for all important functions associated with the project including data understanding, solution design etc.
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Education Level: Any stream with relevant experience
• Experience in Analytics industry
• Working experience of statistical techniques (like linear regression, logistic regression, time series analysis, clustering, and decision trees) and advanced techniques like SVM, GBM and NLP
• Proficient in tools such as Python, Databricks and Microsoft Office Excel/Access/PowerPoint
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating good level of maturity
• Ability to engage in client communications for all important functions including data understanding/exploration, strategizing solutions etc.
• Ability to leverage Optum, part of the UnitedHealth Group family of businesses, Cloud, Azure and Databricks solve complex business problems in Healthcare Domain
