Job summary

MyOperator is seeking a data-focused intern for an AI-first analytics role in Noida. This 6-month internship centers on Claude Code, SQL, Python, dashboards, and automations, with a PPO opportunity based on performance.

You will build and ship real work, create production dashboards and automate data workflows using AWS services and Zoho tools, while verifying outputs against sources.

Qualifications

• Support daily data pipelines and automation (Glue, cron, n8n, Zoho).
• Collaborate across Zoho tools for dashboards and automations.

Role Summary

This is a genuinely AI-first role. Our analytics workflow runs on Claude Code (Anthropic's agentic AI coding tool) — dashboards, SQL, data syncs, pipeline monitoring and documentation are all built and shipped through it. This is NOT a "we'll teach you the AI tool" role: we are looking for someone already fluent with Claude and Claude Code who has used it to build and ship real work, paired with strong data fundamentals. This is a 6-month internship with an opportunity for a PPO based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-assisted delivery: use Claude Code as your primary tool to write SQL/Python, build dashboards, script automations and document work in Git; drive multi-step agentic workflows end-to-end and verify every output against source.
• Dashboards & reporting: build and maintain internal dashboards in Amazon QuickSight and single-file HTML/Chart.js dashboards on our EC2/nginx server; replicate customer QuickSight dashboards per a documented SOP; keep numbers validated and fresh.
• SQL & analysis: write and optimise SQL across AWS Redshift and MySQL for lead, call, customer and revenue analytics; run ad-hoc analyses; perform monthly data-validation checks.
• Pipelines & automation: support daily syncs (AWS Glue, cron jobs, n8n, Zoho Flow webhooks); monitor nightly Glue/Redshift pipelines, triage failures and do root-cause analysis; build new standalone automations.
• Zoho ecosystem: work across Zoho CRM, Desk, Analytics and Recruit — dashboards, discrepancy investigation and intake automations.

Requirements

Must-Have — AI & Claude (primary screening criteria)

• Demonstrable, hands-on experience with Claude and specifically Claude Code, used to build and ship real work. Be ready to show what you've built (repos, dashboards, scripts, automations) and walk us through how you drove it.
• Deep working knowledge of how Claude Code works: multi-step agentic tasks, CLAUDE.md / project memory and context management, slash commands, skills, subagents, plan mode, MCP servers / connectors, and reviewing agent diffs before shipping.
• Strong prompt & context engineering — break a fuzzy request into a well-scoped task and iterate productively.
• Healthy scepticism of AI output — verify numbers, SQL and logic against source before trusting them (non-negotiable).
• Working understanding of the Claude model family (Opus / Sonnet / Haiku) and Anthropic API basics.

Must-Have — Data Fundamentals

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field (no specific year or batch requirement).
• Strong SQL — joins, aggregations, window functions, query optimisation.
• Working knowledge of Python for data (pandas; scripting).
• Solid data fundamentals — cleaning, validation and correct interpretation.
• Ownership, attention to detail and strong written communication.
• Able to work from office in Noida.

Good-to-Have (a plus, not required)

• Built your own MCP server, hooks, custom skills/subagents or automations on Claude Code.
• Hands-on with the Anthropic API / Claude Agent SDK, or having built an LLM app (RAG, agents, evals).
• Exposure to other AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Codex).
• Exposure to AWS (Redshift, QuickSight, Glue, EC2) or any cloud data warehouse / BI tool.
