Rightsline is recruiting an Agentic AI Operations Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade autonomous AI agents using Claude Code. You will architect iterative loops, define SOPs, and implement MCP servers while ensuring guardrails for reliable ROI.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering with AI pipelines, deep Python/Go knowledge, and experience with Claude Code. Noida/NCR based with a hybrid work model and security compliance expectations.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience with 1–2 years in AI-assisted pipelines or LLM-driven applications.
Hands-on proficiency with Claude Code or comparable CLI/IDE environments.
Deep familiarity with Python or Go, CI/CD pipelines, and test harnesses for AI agents.
Strong systems thinking for breaking down architectures into deterministic tasks for AI

Responsibilities

Design multi-agent orchestration for large-scale features and autonomous bug fixes.
Build reusable SOPs, memory loops, and CLAUDE.md files for knowledge retention.
Establish security guardrails, sandbox isolation, and validation checks for safe code access.
Connect Claude Code with internal APIs/databases/CI/CD via Model Context Protocol.
Monitor performance, balance intelligence with token costs and speed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure ISO 27001 compliance.
Support security and remote working policies across the team.

The Position:

We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to build, scale, and optimize multi-step agentic workflows using Anthropic 's Claude Code platform. You will design, build, and deploy production-grade autonomous AI agents. You will architect iterative loops, establish evaluation suites, and use platforms like Claude Code to accelerate our development workflow. This role requires balancing strong software engineering fundamentals with rapid, AI-driven iteration.

Role Overview:

As the Agentic AI Engineer, you will transition our critical processes from a manual process to a highly leveraged, Claude Code-first ecosystem. You will define the agentic SOPs, implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and establish guardrails to ensure our autonomous

agents deliver reliable and measurable ROI.

What You Will Own:

Agentic Orchestration: Design multi-agent teams and workflows (planning, execution, and review) to tackle large-scale technical features and bug fixes autonomously.
Context & Skill Engineering: Build reusable SOPs, memory loops, and CLAUDE.md files so the AI retains historical knowledge and project constraints.
Security & Guardrails: Establish strict permission boundaries, sandbox isolation, and validation checks to allow AI agents to confidently read, write, and test code.
Tool Integration: Connect Claude Code with internal APIs, databases, and CI/CD systems using the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Performance Evals: Monitor and optimize system performance, balancing the trade-offs between agent intelligence, token costs, and execution speed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 frameworks

What You Bring:

Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1-2 years in building AI-assisted pipelines, agentic workflows, or LLM-driven applications.
Claude/AI Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with Claude Code or comparable CLI and IDE agentic environments.
Infrastructure Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Python or Go, CI/CD pipelines, and writing test harnesses that agents can reliably run and evaluate.
Systems Thinking: Strong intuition for breaking down complex software architectures into sequential, deterministic tasks that AI can easily interpret.

This highly specialized role demands an advanced, multi-dimensional skill set that extends well beyond the scope of a traditional Software or AI Engineer.
