Job summary

Consultbae in Gurugram is seeking an AI Automation Analyst/Developer with ~1 year of experience to build automated AI data workflows and internal tools. You will prototype quickly, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into working solutions.

The role focuses on hands-on scripting, AI tooling, and data processing, with a fast-paced, learning-driven environment and opportunities to grow into leadership as the platform scales.

Qualifications

• Around 1 year in automation, scripting, or software development.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
• Working knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python / JavaScript) and databases (SQL / any).
• Decent communication skills: understand requirements and explain what you built.
• Bias for speed: ship a rough working tool today rather than a perfect one later.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build automated workflows for AI data collection & annotation projects using Claude Code and other AI tools.

• Contribute to CB Gigs Platform / CB Nexus (HRMS, leave & performance, daily work assignment, lightweight PM tool).
• Work with data: pull, clean, transform, and structure it across projects; write database queries.
• Join client calls to understand requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to build the right thing.
• Rapidly prototype: ship a working v1 in 1–2 days, then iterate.

Role : AI Automation Analyst / Developer

Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)

What you'll do

• Build automated workflows for AI data collection & annotation projects (email collection, image sourcing, audio collection, transcription QC, and whatever the next project needs) using Claude Code and other AI tools.
• Vibe-code internal tools, scripts, and small apps that strip manual effort out of live projects.
• Contribute to our internal platform stack, CB Gigs Platform / CB Nexus (HRMS, leave & performance, daily work assignment, and a lightweight project management tool).
• Work with data: pull, clean, transform, and structure it across projects; write database queries.
• Join client calls when needed to understand the requirement first-hand, and coordinate with internal stakeholders (project, ops, delivery) to build the right thing.
• Rapidly prototype: take a fuzzy requirement and ship a working v1 in 1 to 2 days, then iterate.

What we're looking for

Tools & stack
