6sense seeks a Data Research Specialist I to join its Data Operations team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on efficiently managing large data volumes and supporting Product and Tech teams with validation, analysis, and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or completion of a data-oriented course.
• 1+ years of experience in Primary and/or Secondary Research.
• Well-versed with Web Research, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and SharePoint.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple sources.
• Strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Good analytical and logical reasoning skills with a positive attitude towards work.

Responsabilités

• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant data aligned with project or business objectives.
• Identify, verify, and compile accurate information from credible sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Follow established guidelines and standard operating procedures without deviation to maintain the highest standards of data quality.
• Consistently deliver data with over 95% accuracy, maintaining a minimal error rate across all deliverables.
• Work within parameters and with limited supervision to ensure quality and performance are as per set standards.
• Complete all assigned tasks and deliverables within the agreed turnaround times.

Required Skills (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Sc., BCA, BBA) or completion of a data‑oriented course.
• 1+ years of experience in Primary and/or Secondary Research.
• Well‑versed with Web Research, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and SharePoint.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple sources.
• Strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Good analytical and logical reasoning skills with a positive attitude towards work.
