Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Data and Report Specialist I to join our Yeswanthpura, Bangalore, Karnataka team. The role supports GLP and regulatory guidelines in a fast-paced bioanalytical environment, delivering study reports and related materials to the global Study Delivery team.

This is an individual contributor position with a 2pm–11pm shift, Monday to Friday. You will draft initial bioanalytical reports from project data, manage documents in tracking systems and help coordinate study setup and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in science.
  • Up to 6 months experience in contract research industry.
  • Knowledge of GLP/GCP and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Create the initial draft of Bioanalytical study reports using study data and work instructions.
  • Creates sample analysis and validation study plans using source data such as clinical protocols, analytical methods and Bioanalytical SOPs.
  • Creates and/or edits study setup information.
  • Independent utilization of project tracking systems to track and document data and report completion activities.
  • Effectively manages own time and deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule Monday - Friday -2pm -11pm - 2nd Shift

Job Responsibilities
  • The Data and Report Specialist is responsible for supporting activities related to standards, GLP and regulatory guidelines in a timely, efficient manner.
  • General assistance to the global Study Delivery team will be an essential part of the role.
  • Additional daily duties may include support of other functions within Bioanalytical.
  • Primary responsibility is to complete duties associated with supporting the
  • Bioanalytical Business and delivery of studies mainly responsible for creating the initial draft of Bioanalytical study reports using study data and work instructions.
  • Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
    • Managing tasks in project tracking systems.
    • Preparing study reports other materials associated with Bioanalytical studies.

Essential Job Duties

  • Effectively manages task status tracking and time recording.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in science
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months experience in contract research industry.
  • Master's degree in science.
Additional Job Standards
  • Knowledge of GLP/GCP and regulatory requirements is advantageous
  • An understanding of GLP/GCP processes and procedures is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of contract research environment
  • Understanding of regulatory principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy
