Job summary

Haleon is seeking a senior-level Data Quality Engineer to define and enforce data quality rules within Informatica IDMC. You will collaborate with governance, data stewards, MDM, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust design specs and monitor trends to drive continuous improvement on the IDMC platform.

The role emphasizes robust controls for regulated processes, supporting audits, and delivering measurable data quality outcomes across Haleon's enterprise data landscape.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of deep expertise in enterprise data quality management frameworks and best practices.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data lifecycle management, and regulated data environments.
• Structured problem solving and analytical skills, translating complexity into pragmatic business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, able to operate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Informatica IDMC certifications in Data Quality and integration; Agile using Jira/Confluence, Azure tech stack.
• High level data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, and IDMC profiling for data quality.

• Monitor trends, identify systemic issues, and drive continuous improvement within the IDMC platform.

• Support internal and external audits through documented standards, controls, metrics, and remediation actions.

Define and enforce enterprise data quality frameworks and standards within Informatica IDMC, ensuring consistent rule design and application. Collaborate across governance, stewardship, and engineering teams to build, monitor, and continuously improve data quality practices on the IDMC platform.
