Job summary

Zoetis India Capability Center (ZICC) in Hyderabad is seeking a Data Product Manager for Global Manufacturing & Supply (GMS). You will own the GMS data products, drive analytics initiatives, and collaborate with global stakeholders to enable smarter decision-making and operational efficiency.

Bring 8+ years in product management or data analytics, deep SAP knowledge, and experience with data platforms. This role offers a path to impact Zoetis’ manufacturing digital transformation from India.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or digital platform delivery.
• Deep knowledge of SAP supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of data migration principles—source-to-target mapping, data quality, reconciliation, and continuity through S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with SAP master and transactional data structures and how they flow into the enterprise data platform for analytics.
• Proven track record of managing product backlogs, prioritizing requirements, and working in agile environments.
• Experience with source control and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

As a Data Product Manager for Global Manufacturing & Supply (GMS), you will be accountable for delivering advanced data capabilities that directly support the digital transformation of Zoetis’s manufacturing and supply chain operations. Leveraging the integrated Digital and Data Platform (DDP), you will drive innovative digital and data analytics initiatives within GMS, enabling smarter decision-making, operational efficiency, and enhanced value for our customers. This role offers broad exposure to every facet of GMS at Zoetis and involves frequent collaboration with global stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• - 8+ years' experience in product management, data analytics, or digital platform delivery (preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, or life sciences).
• - Deep knowledge of SAP supply chain and manufacturing processes, with the ability to translate operational needs into data solutions.
• - Understanding of data migration principles-source-to-target mapping, data quality, reconciliation, and ensuring continuity of data products through the S/4 transition (ECC S/4HANA).
• - Familiarity with SAP master and transactional data structures and how they flow into the enterprise data platform to support integrated, cross-functional analytics.
• - Proven track record of managing product backlogs, prioritizing requirements, and collaborating in agile environments.
• - Experience with source control and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) required
• - Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• - Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
• - Experience working with global teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• - Ability to drive a project and work both independently and in a team
• - Experience with Microsoft Azure, Data bricks is a plus

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Regular working hours are from 11 AM to 8:00 PM IST.
• Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live.
