The SMO Analyst - Contract & Relationship Management will report to Supplier Management Lead and will be responsible for managing our core Finance and Contract management processes and will partner closely with our colleagues in the Service Delivery Management, Technology Business Management and Procurement teams. Responsibilities

Contract Management – interpretation, lifecycle oversight, compliance, change management, renewals, and risk mitigation. 40%
Relationship Management – maintaining supplier scorecards, managing engagement meetings, and reporting on supplier performance. 40%
Supplier Data and SRM Support – updating the supplier database, supporting SRM roles and onboarding, and assisting with supplier transition processes. 20%

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Provide the primary groups or key positions that this position will interact with as a regular part of the position responsibilities. Include any external interactions as appropriate.

Collaborate with Service Delivery Management team and key stakeholders to aggregate and compile feedback relevant to maintaining supplier scorecards and schedule monthly and quarterly engagements with MSPs as part of our Supplier Relationship Management practices.
Work with ZTD Technology Business Management team to provide updates to our supplier data in Apptio.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or other related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 5+ years in supplier management and/or procurement, specifically related to IT for multi-national global corporations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Working experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, mainly PowerBI, to support the recurring reporting needs for stakeholders leveraging the ZTD MSP Performance Management dashboard

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Regular working hours are from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during key meetings with suppliers
