Key Responsibilities

Present complex data findings and actionable strategic recommendations to leadership.

Conduct deep‑drop research to answer complex operational questions.

Collaborate closely with data engineering to refine data models and pipelines.

Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.

Develop, automate, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Extensive experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.

Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data manipulation.

High‑level proficiency with SQL, Python, Excel, and enterprise BI tools.

Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
