Job summary

UBS Group AG is seeking a Data Management Analyst to join the Group Operations Data Management Office in Pune. You will collaborate with Data Owners and Data Stewards to strengthen governance, data quality and transparency across the organisation and drive improvements through automation and AI-enabled solutions.

You will contribute to maintaining KDEs, metadata, data lineage and governance artefacts, while supporting remediation of data quality issues and promoting data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data governance, controls and risk.
• Knowledge of data quality, data lineage and metadata management.
• Experience with process improvement, automation or AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support Data Owners and Data Stewards in meeting Data Management Framework requirements.
• Maintain Key Data Elements (KDEs), metadata, data lineage and governance artefacts.
• Identify, investigate and support remediation of data quality issues.
• Improve the quality and transparency of critical operational and business process data.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes through automation, innovation and AI-enabled solutions.
